Standard Return Policy:
Reasonable returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase for store credit. If you’d like to make a return, please contact email@example.com prior to returning your merchandise. Please note that sale items may not be returned. Returned items must be in original, salable condition with packaging, tags, etc. intact. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring that merchandise has been packaged securely. Using a traceable shipping method with tracking information is highly recommended. Returns will be accepted at the sole discretion of Kayeni. Store credit will be issued after returns have been received and inspected. Store credit will be issued for the amount paid for merchandise, less any discounts and original shipping charge. Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. The following items are Final Sale: Crystals, Herbal Bundles / Herbal Cleansing Sticks, Opened tarot/oracle decks (unsealed), Gift sets, Gift cards, Seasonal/Holiday items, Sale items, One of a kind & vintage.
Missing or Damaged Items:
In the event that an item arrives damaged or if an item is missing from your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with an accompanying photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.
We do not accept international returns at this time. All international purchases are FINAL SALE.
Price Adjustments & Changes to Tender. We are not able to offer price adjustments or make changes to the type of payment used after an order has been submitted online or purchased in person.
Please know that although we try our best to process and ship out all orders in a timely manner, carriers may still experience unprecedented delays. If your tracking does not show an update for a few days, please know that it is still in transit and on its way to you! If your package has already been shipped and you have questions regarding the location, status and/or delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly Kayeni is not responsible for carrier delays, late delivery and/or packages delivered after the estimated arrival date.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. However, during the holiday season and times of high volume, we may require a few additional days.
Packages Arriving Later Than Expected:
Kayeni is not responsible for carrier delays, late delivery and/or packages delivered after the estimated arrival date. Although we do our best to process and ship out all orders as quickly as possible, sometimes carriers may experience unforeseen delays to due weather, Covid-19 and other circumstances. Undeliverable & Return To Sender Packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing orders and using the provided tracking information to monitor their shipment. If a package cannot be delivered by the carrier, is abandoned at pickup, and/or is returned to sender, we will contact the customer for a new/updated address first. Returned packages can be reshipped for a standard $10.00* fee which goes toward the cost of a new shipping label. If no updated address is provided and/or if the reshipping option is declined, store credit will be issued for the total amount paid for the order, less any discounts and shipping fees, and the initial cost paid by the shipper. *Reshipping fee may be more than $10.00 depending on the original shipping cost paid by customer and/or shipper.
Any packages refused by the recipient and returned to our store will result in a $10.00 restocking fee in addition to the cost to ship the package to and from receiver, which will be deducted from the amount of store credit that will be issued.

Missing or Stolen Packages:
Kayeni is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or missing items after delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate at the time of purchase. If your package has been marked “delivered” but is missing, we recommend following up with your local post office (USPS packages) or carrier directly.
All international orders are FINAL SALE and are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Collect on Delivery (C.O.D). Duties, customs, brokerage fees, and/or taxes are billed directly to the customer and are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges on our website. This means that you may have to pay additional fees upon receipt of, or in order to receive your delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office and shipping country to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing from kayeni.com We do not accept refused or returned international shipments.
